Working with Laney has enhanced my self tape game! In just a little over a month since working with her, I can happily say that I booked the popular episodic show “FBI” from my self tape!! It was my first time booking from a self tape. For years I struggled with not booking from a tape shot at home, but now I am getting called in for the same shows multiple times. Laney has so much patience and helps me make my tapes stand out. She is very sensitive and intuitive because she is an actor herself. There is no better feeling than submitting an audition you are proud of, and she will help you achieve that.

Laney has helped me progress with my self tapes significantly over the past year in terms of letting you go by whatever process makes YOU feel most comfortable and playing within the realm of what helps and clicks best with you in the scene. Her energy is fun, patient, and grounding- which inspires you to play and explore with each take. My reps have seen a notable shift from being introduced to TV/Film auditions in 2020 quarantine- to being more grounded by working with Laney in my self tapes over the past year in 2021/2022. She’s amazing to work with and I can’t recommend her enough!

I can say with utmost honesty that ever since working with Laney through her workshops and especially for my self tapes, I’ve hard such positive feed backs from casting directors and my reps. I am now considered for bigger roles, and more consistently auditioning on a regular basis. Which is very rewarding.

I work with Laney on all my self tapes…. big and sometimes even smaller roles. When I work with Laney, I know that I will be submitting my best work that I could feel confident about. One of the most important aspects that I look for in a coach is someone who can elevate the work by investing in what the actor already has inside of them. Laney is that and so much more. She creates an engaging, and pressure free environment that allows you to bring the best of your abilities. Coming from a history of strict training, Laney's organic process continues to be exactly what I want on a 42 hour-turnaround.

I will ALWAYS work with Laney for my auditions! I believe possessing solid chemistry with a reader makes for a great tape. I love that I can talk through my thoughts and how I feel as my character and be heard. She's patient, just as excited about the tape, encouraging, hilarious, charismatic and so incredibly talented.
